Individual Therapy
You will speak with your therapist one-on-one during these sessions. This can be provided in-person for 50–60 minutes or online. With the guidance of a qualified psychologist, individual therapy gives you the freedom and space to explore your strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth.
Couples therapy
Instead of emphasizing individuality, these sessions concentrate on partneship. Couples contemplating separation or divorce, as well as individuals who are dating or in a committed relationship, living together or getting married, can all benefit from the sessions. Couples therapy can deepen friendships and foster new bonds in addition to helping to resolve present problems. Online and in-person options are available for these sessions.
Trainings, group therapy and group trauma debriefings
Customised training sessions and group trauma debriefings in 2-3 hours session are offered in person. These sessions involve small groups, individuals who share same experience such as pursuit of personal and professional growth, exposure to trauma (within 72 hours) healing from loss and navigating difficult transitions.

At certain points in life, we often confront daunting challenges that can impede our progress and mental health. We grapple with uncertainties and hurdles that make us feel lost without clear path forward. The prospect of seeking therapy can be overwhelming. Through integrative and person-cantered approach, I use variety of techniques from psychodynamic, cognitive, dialectical behavioural and family systems to collaboratively work toward therapeutic goals that foster personal growth in a warm, individualized, and culturally sensitive environment.
